Registration Fee Includes: Online access to the conference proceedings. In person access to all oral presentations, keynotes, and networking activities (Exhibitors & Sponsors, Opening Reception, Coffee Breaks, and Conference Banquet. and Farewell Social/Tour).
Author Guidelines / Policies:
1. Deadline to register is March 1, 2024
2. The maximum number of papers per registration is two (2). Student Registrations may only submit one (1) paper.
a. If an author is associated with more than 2 papers, a co-author of the additional papers must register accordingly.
3. The total number of pages per paper is 6 (including index, references etc..).
4. Additional pages may be purchased for a fee of $150 per page (maximum of 2 pages).
Workshops/Tutorials/Competition: The conference program will include numerous full and half day workshops and tutorials, as well as a full-day competition on Sunday April 14, 2024. Attendees will have the option to participate in as many as they like for a single fee (noted above). A full list of workshops is expected to be announced in February 2024. Competition participation is restricted to teams that submitted an application by December 15, 2023.
Cancellation Policy: All refund requests must be made via email to e.dolan@ieee.org. All cancellations will be subject to a US$ 50.00 cancellation fee on or before March 14, 2024, 11:59pm EST. Refunds for cancellations received on or after March 15, 2024 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The inability to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to the USA does not constitute grounds for a refund. The name on a registration can be changed without penalty.
